Hello! I’m Natalia — An innovator, collaborator, leader and facilitator. I leverage insight, manage teams and resources, and strategize design solutions that are informed by the entire process.

After graduating from Pratt Institute with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Communications Design — emphasis in Art Direction, I began my career at Avrett Free Ginsberg, a traditional NYC ad agency, where I designed campaigns for Nestle-Purina, The Empire State Building, Van Cleef & Arpels, Sally Hansen and many others. Those early experiences propeled my career into “big brand” marketing.

In 2016, with several years of experience as a design lead for both agencies and in-house design studios, I followed my entrepraneurial ambitions and founded my design consultancy, Moxie Studios. Today, I work with a variety of clients in the B2B, technology, staffing, non-profit and healthcare industries, fueling my passion for branding, marketing and business development.

As a design “problem-solver”, I strive to build informed solutions with measurable results. My array of experience gives me a multi-faceted approach to a variety of design disciplines, including brand strategy, UX/UI & digital design, user research, campaign development, and multi-media production. I’ve assembled and managed design teams, clients, and vendors, and spearheaded game-changing work — work that made a difference.
